Euro Restaurant Solutions started in a similar fashion as its parent company, Euro Gourmet. The Marra brothers saw a need for a solution to quality wholesale food distribution in the Washington, DC area 10 years ago, so they started a company to provide restaurants with quality service, and with quality products. After several successful years and with a plethora of existing clients as well as new clients requesting service, the Marras began to see another need, a need for a new solution to a new problem, quality restaurant equipment and installation services.
Pursuing this need, the Marras began to make contacts in the Restaurant Equipment industry and began building a solid brand inventory. Working out distribution deals with every major restaurant equipment manufacturer, Euro Restaurant Solutions opened its doors for business, but there was still something missing. The Marras came to the United States from Italy to pursue their dreams of becoming chefs at one of the finest restaurants in Washington, DC. Growing up in Italy, the Marras know what real pizza is... and how to make it! They wanted to be able to offer their customers in the United States with the same quality and style of ovens that they KNEW made authentic Italian pizza. They knew which company they wanted to work with.
