Last night we threw a wine and pizza bash for 30 guests from Whole Foods. Knowing how badly you wish you were there, we can only do the next best thing by sharing photos and our heartfelt well wishes. We have been exceptionally busy in the past few weeks continuing our improvements to the ERS demo kitchen, including a sweet Marra Forni wall decal, new seating for guests, and the recently completed black and red gas-fired oven to accompany the red Napoli wood-burning oven.  The pizzas were flying, the Segafredo and dranks sodas(…) were popping, and a good time was had by all.

We chose to celebrate our acquaintances at Whole Foods because not only are they our friends, but they are prominent supporters of our Marra brand.  Six different Whole Foods Markets boast ownership of Marra Forni wood-burning ovens.  Recently they even held a pizza-making contest between all of the Whole Foods pizzaioli using none other than the aforementioned ovens.  Thank you, Whole Foods, for supporting our business and letting us use you as an excuse to feed our poorly controlled pizza addictions.  Visit anytime!
