Today in the Marra Forni test kitchen, employees enjoyed delicious Neapolitan pizza courtesy of Francesco, Emiliano and Enzo Marra. Only the finest Euro Gourmet products were used, including but not limited to Calabro Ricotta, LaValle Tomatoes, Citterio Sorpressatta, and of course our very own Sapore D’Oro Buffalo Mozzarella and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Today we had a visit from Butch from Sugarloaf, PA. Our Marra Forni oven was fired up and we were putting out pizzas nonstop. Since Butch owns a bake shop, we let him have free rein with the oven to bake some awesome bread creations. Butch made an excellent mozzarella and prosciutto panini using the same dough balls, cheese, and meat that we were baking pizzas with. This really shows
At ERS, if there is one thing that we absolutely love, it’s pizza. Whenever we can find an excuse to make a few pizzas for the office, we jump at the chance. Yesterday, since the oven was already warmed up from a demo earlier in the day, Emiliano threw together a couple of pizzas for the office. This was an exciting time because, we had the chance to use
