ERS carries the Stagionello line of curing cases for those of us who wish to produce delectable cured meats all year long. The process of curing, seasoning, and preserving meats requires a very specific temperature and humidity-controlled environment, and Stagionello achieves this while guaranteeing you a consistent product every time.

Each unit is equipped with refrigerating, heating, and humidity control that allows for an automatic 6 phase curing process. With this automated process, you don’t have to be a seasoned professional to create great tasting cured meats. The cases are constructed from stainless steel with a brushed finish, and feature a glass front door which creates a tempting display for potential buyers.
